Couldn’t be more impressed. This is genuinely a bespoke service without the bespoke price tag. There were a few design adaptations for the better before the build started, and then all the way through the work ethic, flexibility, attention to detail, availability, deposit terms, being kept up to speed with everything, site tidiness, good humoured approach, value for money and most importantly sheer quality of the build was outstanding. We were at the centre of the whole process and given every opportunity to adapt as the build progresses. Having said that, the initial design was excellent and thorough, and John made worthwhile suggestions drawing on his 40 years of experience. Superb build quality, excellent materials and attention detail has given us exactly what we had in mind; ours is a truly stunning garden room.
